Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day

We are joining in Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day 2020. Deb Barnes of Zee & Zoey Cat Chronicles are the hosts and we thank them for this badge. We hope you also join in to celebrate all our dear furs who are watching over us from the Bridge

Timmy here. Our first Angel is dear Buddy Budd. He was the Alpha Cat of our little clowder from when he came on 12/31/2008. He was a gentle cat but did not suffer fools and would put any cat who challenged him straight.

He love his nip and had fun any time he could

He lovedt his Treaters too! He had some on his last day and purred for Dad when this photo was taken

He loved his Kali from The Canadian Cats and this year they were reunited at the Rainbow Bridge for Valentines Day

We miss our Big Blue and are just getting back to normal after his loss. His Memorial was bittersweet. We miss you Buddy Budd
01/31/2000 to 02/07/2020
******************
Miss Fitz here to talk about my friend Mr Buttons. We met the end of June 2012 but due to my being very shy and his having FIV we were both "failed fosters." We were so lucky Dad decided to adopt us both. Isn't he a cutie!

He loved to play and we had a great time together right from the first. He was Dads little shadow and followed him all over purring and reaching to him for pets.

Hi FIV made him loose his toothies and it gave him his signature tongue-out cat smile. He was diagnosed suddenly with Renal Failure 12/27/17

The last week or so we had together the whole family gathered around him. He was so touched.
We miss you little friend
05/20/2012 to 01/26/2018

******************
Toby here remembering Teeny Tiny. He was a foster Dad took in with 5 others from New Jersey. He had him for 2 days and he went to the Bridge on 05/11/2011.
We all remember him.
******************
Coco was Dad's Moms Cat. When she passed Dad took him in. We came after but were never too sure about him as he had no fur!

He was a into bootleg Nip. A Gangster Cat!

Toby thought he was an Alien. We did love him though.
01-31-1993 to 07/31/2009
******************
Inky was my Panfur Pal. He was Dads pal for 22 years and was a sweet little fellow. In fact Timmy was adopted to give him a playmate. Dad wishes he had more photos.
1986 to Feb 2008

******************
Amber was an outside kitty who always said hello to Dad when he came in from work. She had really fine fur that she spread around with abandon
******************
Angel Buddy here ta meow bout Big Head aka Stinker. He waz da protector of da family before ah showed up ta fill hiz paws. He waz a 20 pound cat and would patrol the house every 2-3 hours. He would look in da garage where Dad workin and ask to come in. Dad shut off da tools and he check all da corners. Dad haveta open da pump room too cuz he wood stand dere. Hadda be sure. He was original Dads girls cat but switched sides. He passed in Dads arms and dat waz a sad Day. Hey Dad we patrolling up at da Bridge and see ya when!
01/20/1991 to 07/03/2006

******************
Dad here to finish up with my dear Pee Girl. She was my heart kitty. My fiance took her when we broke up in 1986 only to call a week later saying she would not come out from under the couch. Smart little Pee. She had a few litters of all black or white kittens the last of which was Inky. She kept him with her till she passed in November of 1999 when I was in the hospital for my accident. I will always remember you sweetie.
******************
And no Remembrance Day would be complete without dear Ming the Malevolent. She walked into this house when I moved in in 1970. She was a terror and none of my friends would go near her. She was a hunter and always brought me presents. We had a lot of adventures and I still think of her all the time. Purrs my dear girl.
******************

Until we all meet again watch over us dear friends. You live forever in our hearts!

Wow--your dad has had a LOT of kitties in his life, that lucky guy! We guess all those kitties were pretty lucky to have him too. What a lot of good memories of all his feline family. We think they all prolly taught him a lot about how to be the best cat dad!
