This weekend we started on our Cardwood Derby car for Cat Scouts. Mango is our visiting friend from Scouts

with one of our new nip toys

It was good to whiffie and lickey and throw around and bitey and... and... Wheeeee!

Timmy's Cardwood Derby Entry

Hi Furends:

Well here we are on the day of the Cardwood Derby. If you want to see the build process that is here. I will let my team captain Rumpy Bump Stumpnots introduce the car.

Thanks Timmy. I went over evfurry thing to
make sure the car was ready.

Then there was the release to the motoring press.

As a new team we expect a lot of work ahead.
As you can see we are ready.

I will be available after this show to talk to
prospective sponsors. As you can see there is
room for your brand on this modern car.

Once Rumpy was done lining up the sponsors and getting their decals on the car it was up to me, the driver. I was nervous as that Mouse I caught!

As you  can see the car fits me purrfectly

right here and on the back wheels!

I really cut a dashing figure!

I feel the pull of the starting line

Repairs on my Race Car

Hi Furends:

Furst: Thanks fur the purrs. Buddy Budd came through his dental like a champ and is demanding treats as I meow.

I asked Dad if he could help me repair the damage  from little Einstein's accident. Once we started it turned out not to be as bad as we thought. The day of the crash the car had a test wing and road tires. That kept the speed down. Thank Bast! Cat Scout Cardwood Derby here I come!

The 2013 *F-1 World Champion **S. Vettel
assisted with the design.

The "Front-Clip" is damaged. Luckily we used **F-1
design so it can be swapped out quickly.

Mr Buttons evaluates the damage.

Wow I am really learning things.

This project has really brought our family together in the Cat Scout spirit.
