My dear friends I am sorry to meow that I have had to leave you all. It was time to go back to heaven by climbing the stairs of the Rainbow Bridge to be reunited with all my dearly missed family & friends. It was a hard choice. Dad will miss me most but I was getting really tired and he said he understands. My family knew before I did as, being cats, they are tuned to the subtle whispers of the universe while I was listening more to my heart.

Dear friends this has one of the hardest days of my life, saying goodbye to dear Timmy who was my true Heart Cat. This photo is one of the first I took of him and was from when he got his name. He came into our small space, sniffed around a little, leaned up on my leg and gave me the look that he did everyday we were together. He looked directly into my eyes and it was an instant connection. Like he was saying "Hey there fella, we are together, connected and will love and care for each other, forever." He had been called "Potter" but I said "Yes we will... Tomcat, Timmy Tomcat!"
I will miss you so dear Timmy!

Timmy let me know we were connected best in his behavior. Besides playing and having fun he was always there. The welcoming cat morning, noon and night. A good, maybe the best, example is how he slept. At night, after treat time, which could be a bit exciting, he would settle near me with his big purr rumbling out. The family would all fall asleep but whenever I woke in the night I would hear that purr. I would reach out and he would rub his head on my hand all the while with his motor running. I could then drift off again feeling loved with my best friend by my side.
There is so much more I want to say and I will in time.
Timmy I know you are right there looking down with love with all our other dear Angels. It is sad that we did not have a longer time here but we made the most of it.
No goodbyes but just until we meet again dear friend!
