No Fits, No Fitz! This is the Pits

We are joining 15 and Meowing and Four-Legged Furballs for Friendly Fill-Ins. We love to learn a little bit about all of you and hope you feel the same about us.
Dad is doing 1 & 2 while I do 3 & 4.

1. I never thought I would Fly until The day I actually did. The first lesson there was wind shear where the plane went totally upside down only 500 feet over the ground. The instructor said she didn't know how we lived but she did save us both. I never went up again

2. A Calm and Unfettered Mind is the Secret to Happiness. When I was young I was tortured by my mind and always being anxious about all social interactions. I started meditating and read all I could find about the practice. It took years but along the journey that "bad head" went away, Yes, I still have a touch of crazy pants in my head but it is a thousand percent better. Try to Meditate friends!

3. I’m happy to announce that Rumpy has a good heart even if he is a bugger. We all agree he has really stepped up to help Dad since Timmy left us

4. The Cat Yard is like a second home to me. Yes, it's all "Home" but being outside puts me in a really good mood. I am a cat after all. We should all have walks or Catios!

1. I am overdue to Get a new leg. My prosthetic is pretty old but I keep putting it off. I need to get in gear.

2. I am so sick of The Crap in our once great Country. Everyone is entitled and feels that they are owed something. What happened to working for what you have. I did!

3. Raw Scrapple is a strange snack I like to eat. Scrapple is actually fully cooked when it is made. Scrapple out of the package on nice rye bread is a delight

4. A Chinese Longboat carved out of Buffalo Horn is one of the most random things I own. My Dad brought this and some other things back from Asia after the war. I love and treasure it.

1. I never have time to finish Playing at night. Seems when I really get going its time for bed. Of course I just go back to what I was doing after a treat.

2. My Paw can Whap any cat here dizzy. Yes, I have a very fast Whappy Paw. Is there a Guinness category for that? 

3. Rescue and Fostering is a cause that is dear to my heart. I was a rescue and then a foster. True story I was so scared I froze at adoption events so no one even looked at me. People used to say "Is she sick? Are your cats healthy?" Needless to say Dad said it was best if he kept me home. Then he adopted me. I have been so happy ever since

4. At this very moment, I am thinking of playing with Lace.

We are joining the Feline Friday Hop at Comedy Plus. Lace will be my guest as I made her an honorary feline. Want to argue? I have my Whappy Paw right here just in case!

Oh, sorry, I lose track of time when I am attacking the nippy mats Dad gave us for Christmas.

They still have a lot of great whiffle and flavor so I claimed them as all mine

I see you coveting them. Paws Off!

Lets Hop with 15 and Meowing and Four-Legged Furballs for Friendly Fill-Ins

Dad did the first two and I am doing 3 & 4.

1. Nothing is better than Cake & Chocolate. Chocolate is delicious in any presentation and cake can be any flavor or style. I must admit a Chocolate Chocolate cake is dreamy but it has to be done right. Not too sweet and very smooth icing. I try not to buy or make either as I will just chow down. 

2. I Like and Dislike my Fur Family in Bed. It's so nice to wake in the night and a purr motor revs up when you move. But then there is when you try to move and find two big cats pressing down on you! And don't get me started on waking in the summer with a heavy, floofy Einstein comforter on you. (He is nice on a cold winter night though)

3. Ham makes me feel energized. It's like a magic potion. I demand ask for some and then am ready to play and run around the house. I may give a few whaps if I feel like it. Like Super-Fitz!

4. I would advise others to Please be civil and respect others. You all know I meow about whapping but it is Never for no reason. Ladies do you like a nose up the keister? How about someone getting in your purrsonal space. We cats like a good 10-12" unless we give an invite or we have a close bond. Don't get me started on human to human interactions. On the rare times I see it when Dad watches news I feel ill. Ugh!

1. So far 2021 is Meh. It has not been too cold but still no real sun in the cat yard. Whapping has been down so maybe I have taught a lesson or two.

2. A book (movie or song) title that best describes my life is What? Resident Evil. A very hot lady who beats the tar out of all the stinky man-cats who crowd her. Yes she has a heart and a beau! *Slow Blinks* Hi Toby! 

3. Ham was a pleasant surprise. Dad had some tasty Spiral Ham frozen for later. Way to go Dad!

4. I learned that Not much for this gal is a recipe for disaster. I look before I leap, I sniff anything before eating (yes, even ham) and I whap with abandon

Friday with Fitz: Warming Up

The family have been complaining that it's getting cold out

So where were they when Dad put out the Heated Bed last month? Yeah there were no takers. I had never tried it and figured what the hey. Ahhh. It is my new go-to spot. I let Toby use it now and then but anyone else...

I give them a Raspberry and tell them to move on.

1. Watching Rumpy run to the feral room to try and get some of their noms is funny. That boy can eat let me tell you MOL

2. I’ve written a fan letter to BenBen CatCat from FB. He is so cute I just want to cuddle him. I am now writing to Monty. Dad says I should just go on FB but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do

3. Whapping is easier than it looks. Try it!

4. Being the only girl in the house is harder than it looks. Silly brothers always picking on each other when a good Whap or Screech  would end the nonsense.

1. I joined Rumpy in Chasing Toby to the top of the fridge. Sorry Toby I just have to join in when you run away like that. 

2. I wish I’d asked Dad about making our Cat Room sooner. I love playing in there with him.

3. College (nursing) had the biggest impact on who I am today.

4. Mid and Western Pennsylvania is the most beautiful place I have ever been.
