Hello friends. We sure are happy to see you this week and that is because we have something special to tell you about. Not that you all aren't very special to us here because you are and we really appreciate you stopping by to see what we are doing. In fact it is because you visit us that we think you will be interested in what we have to say. Curious?

We are going to say a little about Winnie's Wish. You see Winnie was a tiny little kitten who years ago was rescued by a nice woman by the name of Chrystal. Sadly Winnie passed on to the Bridge but Winnie had a Wish and that wish was to help others get forever homes and be protected. That wish came true but it is also true that rescue costs dollars. With that in mind Andrea of Celestial Kitties decided to start the Holiday Auction for the Rescue. Since many of you donate to rescues and shelters if and when you can now there is a way to help out and maybe get a gift for yourself or a friend for the holidays. Yes it is time for:

That is so sweet of you to spread the word about Andrea's Winnie's Wish drive!
I usually have bid on items for Winnie's Wish and will go and have a look. I often get things for the local shelter, but because of Covid we can't visit there now. I am sure I could have it sent direct to them though if I do bid on something for them.
Such a sweet cause, and wonderful of you to help spread the word. Mom and dad usually make donations to, among other things, the place where they rescued me from out in Chapel Hill, NC.
IT's a wonderful wonderful cause......we have participated in the auction and everything that's donated is super.

How true that those of us who are real pet people want to see all cats and dogs get a forever home. Precious came almost eight years ago from a shelter. And we are so grateful to have her and we have always donated to that shelter. I will look into this one and thank you for showing it to me. All of these organizations proof sets benefit.
They sure have lots of nice things over at the auction. We've bid on something and will bid on some more things later today or tomorrow. Thanks for helping spread the word and thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

I've been keeping my eye on the Winnie's Wish Auction!
We need for folks to understand that spaying/neutering their animals saves lives; Angle Winnie wouldn't have had to suffer, had her mom & dad been fixed.
