| Hello friends I sure hope you like my Selfie. I was sitting with Dad and must admit we were feeling down. In the past week we lost a long time blogging friend, Speedy and a dear friend from Cat Scouts Tubby. Then on top of that a special friend from Cat Scouts, Karen N, lost the love of her life very suddenly. Adding to things Dad and myself have not been feeling well so are up against it as are our Cat Scout friends. Hopefully spring will blow down some of these blues for all. |

We do have something happy to report and that is the Huge 15th Birthday that is going on at the Bridge for our pal Guido The Italian Kitty!

We understand why you did a sad selfie, Timmy. It's been a very busy time at the Bridge, hasn't it? It's just heartbreaking to have to say goodbye to Speedy, Tubby, and Mr. Tasty Face all so close together. We are also sad that you and dad have been feeling poorly. We are with you, and hope that the spring brings some uplifting things.

ReplyDeleteFriends are slipping through our fingers like Mercury right now and it's no fun at all. I guess we are just so lucky to have met them aren't we. That makes us the luckiest people, even if we don't feel so at the time.

Timmy, you look just like our mommy feels...down in the dumps. If these had been the first losses in a very long while, it would not have been quite as terrible, but we have had so many in the weeks prior as well, that it is just piling on.
