Rump Day: Poison Gas!

You can see an evil person (Dads friend) added a section to the gas chamber (Treatment Bag) so our heroic cat (Rumpy) could be crammed in (Fit) to be gassed (Given his breathing treatment.)
Yesterday: 5 demons from hell were in the bag putting up the fight of a lifetime and it took two evildoers to Gas the Brave Cat! All done. Give me my &^%( Treats and leave me alone!
Today: In you go Rumpy. Do I have to? Yes! *Puff, Puff, Breathe, Breathe* Ok, want a treat? Sure thing! So do you feel better? Maybe, a teeny tiny bit. So why the 5 demons act? I'm Rumpy Bump and have Cat Cred! *Sigh*

We are joining Comedy Plus for Wordless Wednesday and hope you do too. Yes, we are pretty wordy, but we have a lot to meow!

  1. That sounds like quite the ordeal for everyone, human and kitty! Feel better, Rumpy.

  2. That sounds unpleasant for man and beast, but if it helps it must be endured. Treats also make everything better.

  3. Sorry Rumpy that you have to go through all that just so you can breathe easier. But you got to stay well for your dad, and we know you're a very brave cat. Have a great day and keep an eye out for the rest of the furry family that you have.

  5. There are things in life that are not fun, but they must be done. Feel better and yes demand the treats.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches all around and my best to your dad. ♥

  6. Oh, gosh, so NOT FUN!

Angel Nicki was on Flovent for several years. I spent 6 full weeks training him to accept it, going so slowly, and even after all that (and many tears of frustration on my part, plus *possibly* a fair bit of alcohol too) Nicki still fussed over it quite often. All in all, though, he was a good boy. (I can't imagine ever being able to do that with Derry!)

I remember I watched A LOT of YouTube videos by real cat-caretakers with their cats, and almost gave up on the whole process until I watched one woman's video about giving it to her "willful" cat. That video gave me hope I could get Nicki to accept it too.

Anyway, treats do help, and we wish you both good luck with this!

  10. Rumpy, you are so brave - lots of treats and chin scritches are being sent your way.

  11. Rumpy, that is pretty much a lot to put up with, but if it makes you feel better and you get treats, it does seem like a win/win. Take care, buddy! XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet

  12. We're glad you're OK Timmy and hope that Rummy improves soon, too. It sounds like torture, poor kitty. If Dani had to do something like that she'd literally be foaming at the mouth. Even a vet visit will do that. She drools on her outfits and CATaminates them.

I have to say you outdid yourself. I certainly didn't expect you to comment on past posts. I just wondered where you were because you are such a PAWSitive PURRticipant. Thank you.

    Hugs,

    Wendy & Dani

  16. Poor Rumpy. That sure sounds like NOT fun for both you AND Dad Pete. :( We know it is to help you feel better, though, and because Dad Pete loves you so much.

  19. Unpleasant, maybe, but like the saying goes....its for your own good! Good thing someone helped your Dad figure out the proper 'modifications'!
