ReplyDeleteAnd it’s important, we Meowsters remember the dogs on the job who lost their lives and the parents who never came home to their meowsters. All so so so sad even though I’m just 14 and wasn’t born 19 years ago but I hears the stories and the stories will always carry on to all who live beyond our 9 lives. Paws crossed for the missing and loved ones.
ReplyDeleteWhen ham is available you should assume that if you don't finish it all up - SOMEONE will come along and do that for you. So eat it all - don't leave a scrap - that's MY advice!!

Hee hee hee. Now if you were an only cat like me, you MIGHT be able to leave some for later. But if you do, you do run the risk of your Human coming along and thinking, "Oh, I guess she's all done with this. let's throw it away" and there goes the snack you were saving up for later. So all in all, it's best to eat it all at once.

ReplyDeleteMmm, ham... One of the best meals I ever had in a restaurant - back when I could afford to eat out, and it was safe to do so (it seems a long time ago now) - was ham and scallop potatoes with Brussels sprouts. I wouldn't leave that last bit either, if I were you, Miss Fitz.
